It is a Korean cash coin. I can't translate fully and not sure about its genuinity, but you can read more about this type of coins here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_mun

I doubt it's authentic after reading the article. Seems quite clean even for 1890's. Thank you for the help!
