I have 3 dimes all with the same type of gouge, not PMD,
What is the correct name for this , grease filled?

Yep, struck thru. It's when something gets between the die and the planchet and shows up as odd shapes slightly recessed on the coin. Sometimes you can see that it was a thread or dirt, etc. I couldn't even guess what yours is from. If it was on more than a few coins, then something has adhered to the die.
