I observed one person giving their friend some cash to make their purchase for them. So, everything will be okay as long as you bring a designated non-cash payer. mysilveryears Pillar of the Community United States 1809 Posts	Posted 11/26/2024 6:00 pm ca$h is what keeps numerous collectible hobbies alive and thriving. ever tried using a c/c at a flea market or car swap meet? you might get laughed out of the place. i also agree with those who enjoy receiving coins in change. recently at my favorite local deli, a fiesta of pre-1940 decent grade pennies showed up in the cashiers' tills. someone must have dumped an old hoarder's jar. when was the last time you received a 1922 lincoln in change ? Electronic payments are accepted more often than not, at least around here. You almost required to accept it if you want the kids to buy your stuff. But cash is still prevalent; I have yet to see it refused in these type of venues. Only large corporate/commercial events/venues can afford to say no to cash.
