I have a 90 degree anticlockwise rotational error 5 rupees commemorative coin of 75 year of independence minted in Kolkata during 2023 and it is in great condition almost uncirculated. What is its value ?

fodegras, I found a France 10 Francs 1951 with the same degree of rotation. Past online sales for these were about $40. I have no idea how rare yours is, but value is probably in the same ballpark.
With rotated die coins, the general practice is to photograph the coin in front of a mirror so that both sides are shown. It's tricky and frustrating but necessary.
