Yes sorry but I'm at a loss too. Clearly you want us looking at the top of George's head or the word LIBERTY, but what are you seeing with the coin in hand that makes you think that there is an error here? Thx for clarifying.

Thx for the clarification @blan. I've taken the liberty of rotating and cropping your close-up pic so that we can focus our attention on the region of interest. So far, I'm seeing an oddly letter A-shaped surface stain to the left of the letter E and a couple intersecting scratches to the right of the letter E. Do you mean either of these?

I think you're seeing what John1 posted earlier in the link he provided. There is nothing in the minting process that could explain it as being an error. Call it post mint damage - PMD.
