Hi, m8s!

Is this can be considered as double die?
The entire coin is minted without errors, only mint mark has this error.
Also on obverse there is a crack of the die.

Anzelmas, this would be considered a repunched mintmark, or RPM.
Excellent coin and really good photos, by the way.

Hondo Boguss, thank you for your answer.
I am not very happy with my photos. I always get the right side of the photo little bit blurry. I can't understand why?
Has this coin with this error an extra value?

I don't think that there is a tremendous premium associated with the RPM, but who knows? I bought a RPM Swiss silver ½ Franc at auction, and I was the only bidder. It was probably a couple of dollars high, but not much. It all depends on if you can find two bidders who both want it.

In some way, your camera /phone is not perfectly parallel (or perpendicular?) to the coin. How are you positioning it, and what is the coin on?

I am positioning my phone by hand. But no matter what angle I take photo, the right side of the photo is always a little blurry. I think it's a camera problem.
I put a coin on this bolt when I take the photo.

On that bolt? Perhaps you should put some padding on it so your coins don't get scratched!!!
This is how I photograph my coins. I put my camera on top of a box of scale calibration weights with the coin below. A gooseneck LED light is used for illumination (not shown in picture). Set picture to "square", set the timer for 3 seconds, and set HDR to "on" (if you have that option).
This is basically the method developed by Earle42: http://goccf.com/t/422658
Note: the demo phone is an old broken one that is upside down.
