Yes, would appear to be a small date Philly copper cent. It's the small date copper Denver cent which is worth $$$

You did find one (of 10+ billion ). All joking aside, as JJN states you want the D mint. Great work on small vs. large date ID tho - can be confusing at first.

It's the 1982 Small Date Denver copper cent you want, not the 1982 Philadelphia Small Date cent. https://www.numismaticnews.net/worl...t-discovered
