Indeed, $200 is a wee too high price for this date/mm, as the condition of this coin is no higher than XF-40 details cleaned and looks rather banged up...

The reserve was hit so it sold for roughly 200 S with bp and postage
darn I have to sell some bullion morgans :D

If you know the reserve before bidding. It would be quite unfortunate to make a "just to see" bid and have it be above the reserve!

I have found that buyers at European auctions typically overpay by a lot. Auction fees also tend to be much higher than in the USA.
And not to mention the huge supply of Details coins that are treated like problem-free.

That is very true, but highend us examples sometimes go cheaper because market and knowledge is limited
