I see this one two ways, wondering if luster is shown over Toms' hair...
AU-58 or MS-63...either way one heck of a nice coin to add to any collection..

Both sets were mine. One just iPad camera and artificial light; the other with iPad camera and macro lens in indirect sunlight. Is a fingerprint enough to make a coin AU? There is considerable Die Deterioration on the coin, but I don't see nicks and wear. I believe that haze is from storage in plastic bags in a humid environment.

I would say no because I've seen many slabbed coins with one. I based my AU opinion off the flatness and difference of toning on Toms hair above ear.
