Would like to check is it able to rinse the coins with just water only?

sure you can rinse them with water but pat them dry - don't rub them between the towels. But looks like most of your coins shown are not genuine (copies/fakes)

Any coin can be rinsed with water, but don't expect much improvement.

Rinsing with water will not hurt these coins but it will not make them genuine.

zKCz, most of them are very poor quality fakes - if you are familiar with the actual coin it is very easy to tell that these are not genuine in an instant.
The 8R 1884 in your top photo is not coin that was issued by Mexico. Does yours say "Maxxico" on the other side? https://en.numista.com/catalogue/ex...ia71545.html
