In my limited exposure I consider Bullion to be unmarked ASEs primarily sold as a 1 ounce bullion round for mostly "stackers"

Anything that has a mint mark on it I call that a coin

This is just for my own thought process

The "Brilliant Uncirculated" finish that some sellers use seems disingenuous but I'm pretty sure I have seen that on graded coins so that just adds to my confusion

As far as ASEs go you seem to have listed all of them

I was trying to think of other finishes and the only 2 that come to mind that could be easily offered by the mint is

Enhanced Proof
Fully Frosted (known as "in the white")

That sounds pretty cool if they could do it. Somewhat on and off topic, many mints throughout the world do things that are really far out there. Just using the Canadian mint, they have a matte proof and have had a few specimen finishes, my favorite it the tailored specimen, I have a SML with that finish, but they've used it on other coins as well.
One idea that would be really cool to see on an ASE would be a high relief or ultra high relief. I'd really love them to do something special every year, it seems like the RCM manages to, as well as counterfeit efforts that really seem to be someone tangible, not just the ol missing reed.

Today I went shopping for the 2019 Enhanced Reverse Proof on ebay

Typical price for just the coin $150 - $190

Typical price for the complete set in OGP started at $150

WHAT?

I obviously bought the complete set from one of the sellers that had it listed in the $150 range

I don't really care about the Maple Leaf and will probably trade it for a bullion ASE from a local dealer

Now I just need to get the 2013 West Point Anniversary Set and the 2020 v75 coin

This has been a cause of confusion for two decades now and would make a great nerdy Quantum Leap episode for us numismatists: send Scott Bakula back to 2006 and thump the marketer in the head that put "specially burnished blanks" into the marketing text. Then he could get spirited to a Texas quail hunting ranch and grab Dick Cheney's shotgun.

I received my 2016s today

I had to jailbreak them but they were graded by ANACS and their slabs are very easy to separate so that was a plus

I am happy to report that I am able to read the edge lettering on through the side of the Air-Tite capsule

Now if I'm showing these to a friend I can pop the capsule out of the CAPS page to show them the reason they are different

I received the Uncirculated and Proof

So I meant 2016s (plural form)

Not 2016's (possessive form)
