Can you explain why is this considered a proof coin when I use the coin identifier?

I can't explain why AI might not get things right, but I can tell you that I'm not seeing an impaired proof here. This looks like a well-travelled business strike to me.

Is there an app that can give you a idea of a type of grading?

Perhaps, but if you will allow me to be old fashioned, I think that examining the coin for yourself and noting which areas looks good and bad and by how much is a better way to grade your coins and potential purchases.

Forget about all the apps; they're all terrible, with CoinSnap being the absolute worst. They're fooling a lot of people with a big advertising budget is all.
