RPM littlemg2 here. Now I have searched and cannot find a RPM for any dimes after 1989. Now is that due to it being under traildies?

Interesting find.

Mint marks were not hand punched after 1990, so not an RPM.

Those are just die scratches/abrasions, possibly because of a clashed die.
