I'm at AU 55 (high points are great) but I'm getting cleaned vibes from this one.

I'll guess between high AU to MS. Probably AU at best, in my opinion. Doesn't look cleaned to me.

I don't think it's been cleaned, looks Uncirculated to me. I have it at MS62.

It's likely been dipped but should straight grade, easily a commercial uncirculated. A 58-62 slider.

Looks like 63. I'm guessing the pics are dulling the luster and the hair details look pretty good!

Thanks all, higher than I expected. Found it at the local pawn shop (per usual) in the "well circulated" selection (I always go through it, looking to cherry pick Morgans) this one must have slipped through so I picked it up.

i can see why you would think there may have been a cleaning but I'm also in the straight camp on this one.

the 79(S) are very common in higher grades with sharp strikes so this one is typical.

she could be a slider but I'm going with MS and it would fall in the MS63 box. the overall look of the coin is not strong for a 64 and not enough hits/marks to lower her to 62. imo the MS63 grade has the widest variances.

I enhanced your images and zoomed them in and I'm quite confident your coin has not been cleaned. As far as Grade goes, my best estimate is MS-63.

Solid MS-63 in my opinion.
