panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 17508 Posts	Posted 04/10/2025 3:44 pm 1886-1907 were the weak strike coins in N.O. the obv on the one is a little weaker than normal and the left wing I'm seeing weakness. or possible wear. luster cannot be determined using these photos so giving a more accurate grade would need better photos. the coin could even have been dipped could be a slider or as high as MS63. the coin is too weak and the lack of luster will keep it out of the 64 box imo.
