Hello, I found this coin with a 9 unlike any other, a 4 that seems doubled, and the coin is a little twisted. Can you tell me more about it to see if I'm onto something good? I will try to post more photo later... Thank you!

To me, it looks like the 9 got hit/scraped with something just from circulation. The 4 doesn't look doubled to me. The same thing that gouged the 7 also took the triangular corner of the 4

There is no way that a letter or number can change style
during the minting of the coin. The devices are
permanently engraved into the die making this
impossible. This means that by default it is damage.
It doesn't really matter how it got damaged.
