yep, I think gouges also, I can see the metal welling up on the sides of each gouge.
So I would go with PMD here.

Absolutely!!!
I've only been on here for a few weeks, and ya'll have already helped me get a more discerning eye! I don't know much, but, I'm starting to learn to look at a coin as though it has a PMD, then make it prove to me that it isn't. Have a long way to go, but it's fun!
