I think the scratch across the cheek next to mouth is going to keep this one from grading straight, otherwise I'd say MS63. From 1879 to 1882, San Francisco minted Morgans are pretty easy to find in better condition. You can usually pick up a graded MS63 or MS64 for under $100, even less is you buy it raw.
