This one is just for fun. I got this in change many years ago.

In case you are wondering whether people actually look at the coins they handle . . . As David Attenborough would say it, "No. No, they do not."

Wow, that's a ridiculous change find!

Someones collection must have been thrown back into the wild is my guess.

Excellent off-center, fortcollins!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Whoa - that's definitely a great off center. Was that in your box of coins you forgot to sell too with your 1909-S VDB ?

Nope. It was in an album of coin odds and ends that I packed along with my numismatic library. It was the "do something with these someday" album. I guess "someday" finally arrived. I knew I had this stuff, but procrastinated as long as I could. On a positive note, I'm finally done unloading my PL Morgans. There's a long story there, but that's for another day.

This retiring stuff is work.

Excellent - It's always nice to find things after you thought you sold everything!
