2023 P BC Quarter: Unlisted Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ? Opinions Needed.

The 3rd pic is a zoomed in view of the full obverse pic. The last 2 are different closeups. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm not disagreeing with Tanman but it was the differences that caught my eye. On the BC quarter there seems to be some damage that may be accentuating the relief in the hair. Look at the green arrow, I think it's a clash from the cuff of Bessie. There are very similar clashes on Lincoln cents in this same area, that show only in this area and nowhere else.
