Full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse would help us better understand what we're seeing. My first impression is a Die Deterioration issue.

Please do not post images of your scope screen.
These are next to useless due to the pixelation of the image.
use an SD Card or upload to a computer and upload the actual images.

(what did you drip onto your scope screen? )

Yes, in the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.

It's Die Deterioration causing the letters to "stretch" towards the rim like that.
