Also " D over S" mint marks had stopped in the 1950's

whay you see here is split plating, this is not ah Error or a variety - just damage copper plating.

also something to note here is that we don't approve of posting screen shots of your scope. They are basically useless due to the heavy pixelation you see.
W'll start locking up your topics if you post more of these.

Agree with all above. Note, viewing pixelated screen shots can be difficult.

Technical note:
Even if it was a D/S, it would be a variety,
not an error, big difference.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. This creates moiré patterns when the pixels in the camera sensor are not lining up with the pixels on the screen. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.
