1972 Lincoln Face Deformed - Coin Community Forum

Popsgladys New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 04/28/2025 11:57 am Hi; This 1972 Lincoln Memorial has a deformed face and on reverse has a swirl error that must have pushed the metal up to deform his face. Trying ti figure if it is a business or mint error. Believe metal had to be soft to make his face look like it does. Any suggestions woukd be appreciated. Marshall Report this Post to the Staff
