Attached are a few photos of this 1960 D Small Date Lincoln Memorial penny showing what appears to be doubling at the date especially the 9 and 6 (0 too). I went through the resources with no luck matching. Really does not appear to be the small date over large date variety. Also, not really lining up the markers for the strong extra thickness variety. Really looks like a small date over small date possibly? Or, I can be out in left field without a glove trying to match and completely miss. Appreciate the assistance as always.

Just a regular Memorial cent
Certainly not a Small over Large Date
and I can't see any sign of doubling.

Believe it or not, what you're seeing with the 9 and the 6 is part of the design.

As Greasy Fingers stated, it is normal for the small date. Keep this one and the next time you get a 1960 small date, compare, you will see the same thing.

READ and look at the pics. https://www.lincolncentforum.com/?s...0+small+date
