First (2) pics are of a 2018 Apostle Island Quarter. What is the "orange peel" texture to the right of George?

Pics 3 and 4 are of a 2008 Arizona Quarter. There's a lump next to the edge at 1:30, and cracks near the edge from 5:00 - 7:00.

Pics 5 and 6 are of a 1989 "blackened" Quarter. Anything special?

Thanks guys! I really do appreciate your time and effort. Hopefully, I learn enough from asking stupid questions so that I won't have to keep bothering you guys.

More info:

There is no "dent" on the edge next to the lump to explain it being there.

Also, on the AZ coin, there's a ridge on the rim beginning just below the lump going clockwise to around 7:00

Sorry....one coin from now on.

Coin 1: Worth 2x2'ing?
Coin 2: Can the rim ridge and lump on the rim be from a broken die?
Coin 3: going to the dryer pile.

First coin, a Struck Through error. Second coin, not sure what to call that. Third coin, just showing environmental toning.
