Sellers pics. I'd like to own one of these someday, probably won't be this one. But I am curious what the CCF thinks about this one. It is in a TPG holder.

XF40. I think all of these are overdates re-using 1812 dated dies. The overdate markers are faint but still visible in these pictures.

Many of these early halves exhibit some form of strike weakness, not to be confused with wear. I believe that is the case here with some of the flatness. Due to lack of luster I would call it AU-50

Looks very dark with very little wear. I'm going with AU50 also, due to lack of luster and darkness that hurts eye appeal.

This date always gets a bump. PCGS probably called it EF-40 but I think it is a VF coin.

I asked the seller for additional pics. Surfaces look messed with hence the result.

I'm with jacrispies on this one. Second set of images indicate a details coin.

For an ICG genuine coin, the holder offers zero value for the collector. It has to be purchased from the perspective of a raw coin. I see the price on ebay, which is much more than what I think it is worth. Raw at a show this is worth $3,000.

the neck area is a dead giveaway and this is how photographs what a actual coin appears like in hand and if ICG doesn't assign a grade you know there is something wrong.
