Hard to tell. I'm inclined to agree with @errers, but I wouldn't spend it yet, either.

From your photos I'm not seeing any mint luster on that quarter. My ballet goes into the environmental damage box.

Looks good to me. I have a lot of improperly annealed errors. Yours has the same look and the diagnostics. Nice find. Thats a keeper.

Notice the parallel lines in the first two photos. If you look really close you can see them. They're running in opposite direction like they should be

I think it is just toning, but I could be wrong. Regardless of that, I would still keep it because I like the look.

Thanks everybody for the comments, I do appreciate them all. @RW1010, my pics definitely aren't the best but I did attempt to recreate what it looks like in-hand vs the PCGS TrueView link to compare. @jbuck, even if its just a toned coin, definitely a keeper, it looks way cool.
