...that's post-mintage damage, no added value, looks like damage by being run over on a parking lot's concrete surface, commonly known here as a "parking lot coin" ... value: 10 cents ...

No way for that to happen during the striking of the coin so it
is PMD (Post Minting Damage). Still worth 10 cents though.
