So, I took inspiration for doing a full Morgan dollar date and mintmark set from Collegebarber's Dansco 7070 Journey which is linked here https://goccf.com/t/468212. Which is very different from what I'm doing but I still found inspiration from it and whether or not I'm able to 100% complete it is up for debate.
I'll try for Mint state examples or better but I'll likely have to settle for lower grades for the harder dates (like CC's and the mid 1890's).

Sounds like an expensive undertaking over a long period at today's values. Start with the common dates in as high of condition you can afford. You should be able to do about 1/4 of the dates as common dates. That should give you inspiration. Best of luck and please post pictures of your progress from time to time.

Beautiful start
I just recently completed my morgan set by purchasing my 93-s. It took me 10 years but I really enjoyed it. Now I will focus on some upgrades and varieties. I am still a sucker for prooflikes and what I perceive as a good deal. Can't have too many morgans #128515;
