It is worth 1 dollar.
You need at least 5 zeros, preferably 6 to be considered a low number.

It's still a fun find, maybe someone would like that specific serial # w/ the year 2019? Possibly someone would give you a few bucks for it.

Fun find...I could see someone using it in a shadow box surrounded with circulated or commemorative coins from that year. Then big bucks up on ebay.

Fun find but IMO you would need a really dedicated buyer to sell for a premium.
