The little dark spots on the obv under the chin etc are on the holder.
The rev also has some reflections that should be ignored the coin is not doubled. Until my camera gets back from repair I am using my wifes which I am not familiar with.

Grade and comment away

Hi Nohope

As a rule,, I dont even try and grade Commems,, the newer processes involved in their production make most begin at 67 and go up from there,, making them extremely tricky to grade accurately ,,

My best guess is MS-68 ,, Luster and strike play the major role here, I dont see any hits or marks,, I'm sure the coin is lusterous, but I'm not familiar with enough of these coins to be sure of the strike quality or die state.

are we going by what PCGS would give it or what NGC would give it? PCGS would go down a point to keep their population reports low and NGC would accurately grade it, atleast that is my understanding behind their grading practice that I have viewed with coins from each side by side
