I'm pretty sure this 2010 Portugal 1€ coin qualifies.
Doubling is on letters U ang G in PORTUGAL.

A very hard to see DDR, but it's there. Doubling on the date, spread and doubling on the denticles, and doubling on the LL corner of the bust.

Here is one of the absolute craziest double dies I have ever seen on a foreign coin. It is a German 1917-F 5 pfennig which to me grades about VF or so. It is a strong class IV DDR, a potential discovery piece, has about 5 or so retained cuds near the mintmark region, and to top it all off, the dies are rotated about 10 degrees. That said, I'm not sure what the value of this particular specimen is.


Well, I could only get the more important reverse here...
