I thought this was the "far left yoke". Sorry, can't help with the real answer.

Welcome to the forum. Your 1974 nickel dollar is listed as VCR#16/DDR#16 on a growing hub doubling variety.

I only wish I had any of them, nice coin.

Nice coin!! I collect all the 1974 VCR dollars, and am still missing that one! Any extras?

Heh, I'll bite my tongue here. Trust your own eyes, and use Ken Potter's website for the 1974 hub doubled yoke varieties. Cownick's post was all the confirmation you needed.

The only book whit all the varieties is the MK Blais one. His sources is Ken Potter. I dont know why you angry whit him, mabe good reason, mabe not... But we have the same clues :)
This is the email I receive;

Stephane,

Yes! That's the one. Looks like there are two known now. You have a very rare coin. I will have to update me book. Below is a link for this coin -- look at VCR#16.

I know of at least 5 of that specific variety. Yours is the 6th (that I am aware of, there are undoubtedly more). Unfortunately for me, none of the owners are willing to part with them.

Yoke #1 Far left = VCR#16/DDR#16
Yoke #2 Left = VCR#2/DDR#2
Yoke #2 RD = VCR#5/DDR#5
Yoke #3 Center = 1974 $1 VCR#1
Yoke #4 Stubby = VCR#4/DDR#4
Yoke #5 Right = VCR#3/DDR#3

Thats the way he describe the yoke's

No, 6 coins exactly like the one you first pictured, VCR#16 (not a population of two, as was suggested).
