I don't have any notes dated 1963. But I have an early prefix Bank of England £5 note with the signature of Jasper Quintus Hollom and the Queen's portrait, with Britannia on the reverse.

This was the first English £5 to show the Queen (or indeed any British monarch) and it was released in February 1963. The Bank of England tends to release new notes in large quantities and withdraw previous designs fairly quickly, so this note may well have been one of those stockpiled early in 1963 for release into circulation:

In April 1963 they released these notes with the O'Brien signature despite that Hollum had already become cashier the previous year.

That is quite a stark contrast, it's a really interesting combination! The two farm workers don't appear very thrilled with the pollution either.
