Purchasing coins sight unseen and at the mercy of auction houses is asking for trouble.

From experience and research, I would tread carefully if doing business with Key Date Coins. I could describe my last experience with them several years ago but suffice it to say I had to dispute a purchase through my credit card provider to get money back from a coin that they never delivered, and I got no communication from them after MANY attempts. After researching the owners of this company, I decided to stay far away.

They have been found to have purchased details graded coins, repackaged them in their clean graded slabs, and used the PCGS price guide as comps.
Be aware that they also own the PCI intellectual property, and those newly overgraded, juiced Morgans in new PCI slabs are garbage.
