I received an a reeded edge, raised rim, and perfectly aligned denticles. But I am in a wheelchair and my family is in hard times. I know nothing about this coin, but one like it sold for $308 two days ago. Should I invest in a cheap photo of this coin and put it on eBay in hope that some charitable soul, not driven by greed or the thought of taking advantage of my unmfortunate circumstances, pay me at least $300 for it?

The blurrier the pic, the more I'm willing to pay--out of sheer curiosity to see what the coin looks like in hand.
