What SPECIFICALLY is wrong with the grades on EXISTING ANACS

To justify a policy that states ahead of time that older slabs will not be guaranteed must mean that there is a weakness or problem with the old standards. What specifically are/were they?

There are lots of rumors out there and this is just that--a rumor. There is no basis to it. As long as a coin is in an ANACS holder and it is problem free, ANACS, as always, guarantees its grade and authenticity. This is true whether it is in a classic ANACS holder, or the new holder.
