Kookaburra Set

Here is a Kookaburra set I've got a few days ago.I find it nice to look at,i thought i'd share it

Great looking set, I really like it, But I am buying to mainly thing and can't aford to get it. great buy

I've got tired of chasing them all over the place,and when I've found this at an Australian dealer,i immediately bought it.They have no idea if this is something that the Perth Mint did,or it was something custom.( I guess the Mint issued it,because of the Certificate).
Maybe some of our more knowledgeable aussie friends know if this was a normal Mint Issue at one point in time.The plastic cases on all(except that 2004),are made specifically with a flat upper lip to rest on the moulded hole.

Just spotted this thread. You must be very proud of that set!

I just bought my first Kookaburra the other day and find it very impressive.

Thank You Learjet,i am proud indeed,i find them very nice too.But maybe because I like birds and animals anyway

I wish you luck hunting the birdies.Mine are only UNC not the proofs.
