introduction

Hi all--

I've been lurking here for awhile but have finally decided to be sociable and start posting. I collected coins growing up (mainly Lincoln cents and Jefferson nickels), about 20 years ago. Recently, my granddad gave me his coin collection, which is much more extensive than mine, and I've been sorting and organizing it and getting back into collecting. I'm having a blast. And this whole "Internet" thing makes learning about my collection a whole lot easier than it was in the 80s!
