Doesn't seem to have lost details like my '68 acid-bathed example, and it looks like some has worn off (?), so I'm going to guess post mint plating

PMD of some sort. Not sure what caused it, but it doesn't matter, since it's damage.

Copper coins can change many colours after they have left the mint
depending on the environment they have been exposed to.
Yours is one of these.
