1966 nickel-30 degree rotation-common or scarce?

Greetings and thanks for taking a look. The nickel shown below is a first for me, so I'm wondering if it is quite ordinary or quite rare. The rotation is about 30 degrees.

I'm looking forward to any feedback.

Up to 15 degrees is within mint tolerances, most people tend to collect anything more than 10 degrees. Might command a premium if in gem state condition.

As always, thanks SPP. I"m quite certain the nickel is actually a PL that found its way into circulation. There is a hint of a weak cameo.
