Nice one, it will probably go for $200+ I would like to see it certified. Puts mine to shame!

The funny back notes are pretty cool too and they aren't that expensive, so you can get two, to see the front and back of it. I don't think framing is a good idea, since the light will fade it after a while. I don't know if there are frames with glass that prevent fading though? Something to look in to and see if there are any.

The educational series are my favorites but even those in bad shape would be barely within your requirements. The black eagle in that listing looks like a very nice one with very few folds but I think it would probably sell for more than your $100 limit.

Ya I am trying to find SOMETHING reasonable in my budget. I am starting to think what wquinn said might be reasonable.

Well if you want an older U.S. note under $100, I think fractionals would be the way to go. You could most likely get a nice example of the note pictured below for under $65. You could also try Confederate notes.

Fractionals are very nice too. They are from the Civil War era.

The 10 cent one is nice:

And the 25 cent one is nice too:

There are quite a few different designs. Just look through the Fractional Currency section in eBay to get an idea.

Ya I like those as well, regardless of what I get, it is going to be framed. I dont want to spend a ton, but I want to spend enough that it is worth framing and something that will possibly hold value, if not grow in value.

Just be careful that it will fade over time and lose value that way. I don't know if there are anti-fading glass for frames or not?

Ya I wonder If I can get a frame and glass that will protect it
