Medieval but what?

I think is a medieval coin, perhaps Spanish or something with Latin letters.
I can read words or piece of word like:
DOMINA, PERSIGN, VGIS from one side. Sure have other letters inside this words(;)

with many fantasy (!) in one side can I read:
LIBERA NOS DOMINA (or DOMINE)
after I think the word is PERSIGN (perhaps some letter is lose?)
and after the letters: VMCNVGIS (I'm not sure for all letters) and the circle close to this side of Jutton...
