That's a really nice note, and appears to be in great condition. Value will be tough as good quality notes of this period will be all over the price based on who's buying it and of course condition. I see a bit of foxing on it, but other than that it looks to be Unc?
I'm not sure if you're referring to a specific note as it being "different" from "the other note", but many notes from Tunisia up until about this time period were actually Algerian notes, overprinted "Tunisia". Then they started printing separate notes for Tunisia right around the time of this note. Also you'll see a lot of notes that were printed by Banque de France which have a classic French look, whereas this one was not, it was likely printed by the Bank of Algeria.
