I would say it is pretty much face value. If that 3rd 3 were a 4 then you would have a nice 2 digit radar, but as it is you have a near miss.

Well, I agree that it's probably not worth that much more than face value "unless" you talk some chump into playing bill-poker with you and then it's worth a whole lotta cash => "5-of-a-kind" (I'd always keep it in your wallet, just in case)
