Hello out there, I just signed on and am looking for info on counterfeit pillar dollars.. I recently purchased one 1764 on eBay and it just looks to good in hand.. Any help would be greatly appreciated>>

pictures please! front, back, and edge
weight? and the easiest but not definitive, does a magnet stick to it? There are good ones out on the bay BUT...

Try putting the date and pillars into search box upper left this page.
You might find some close pictures and a whole lot of information

If you can give the auction # we ( I'm not one of the experts ) could see those photos maybe?
