I have two subscriptions for the proof SAE, a single that I put in many years ago and a four coin one that I started in 2007. The single shipped Friday and the four coin subscription is still waiting to ship, sitting in the classic "in stock and reserved" mode. It might ship today but Monday or Tuesday is more likely. The mint really does ship subscription orders first and does ship them in the roughly the order of when the subscription was started. The subscription orders are entered into the mint's books a couple days before the coins go on sale, in this case my subscriptions were entered into the system on Monday the 9th, three days before they went on sale. They never ship subscription orders before the official on sale date but they enter them early to ensure that they are among the first to ship.
