It's a beautiful coin! There only appears to be a few grazes on the cameo frost. I think this coin would go MS-65+ PL with a possibility of getting MS-66 PL from a TPG.

Oh, that is simply beautiful.

Given the strong cameo, I won't drill down to a specific number - the images, although clear, are too small to determine if the "business" on the cheek is just breaks in the cameo, which would affect the grade far less than actual marks. It could go anywhere from 64-66.
The best thing about a bicycle is that it uses no gasoline, therefore the chance of fiery death is greatly reduced.

I'm new to the whole grading thing... I would say a 63-64 end of it...
