Third party graded coins usually sell for more than coins that are not graded, though there is debate on the validity of grading NCLT.
Looking at their sales in the past 15 days, I see a few that sold for less than I would have thought. For example, a 2012 Niobium wolf for $103.50 USD - that's significantly below
issue price. 2012 dragon privy SMLs selling for the same as they are at Colonial and 2012 High relief Portrait selling for 85$ when the issue price was 130$. And so on and so on.
Can you cite a specific example of something you feel is selling higher than others?

It seems like all of his coins are NGC graded so this page will likely answer your questions about the packaging, bar coding etc. http://www.ngccoin.com/news/Benefit...Grading.aspx
