The seller has pretty good feedback. The only negative says he is a crook. Well, like the sayings go..caveat emptor, there's one born every minute, a fool and his money are soon parted, etc, etc.

What's also bothering me is that he says in the description "there will be NO REFUNDS please!!"... when at the top it says "14 days money back, buyer pays return shipping". This is not the first time I've seen this either... can I report him for that too?
Side note, why do people on eBay center justify the text in their descriptions and do all sorts of crazy variations of font size (not to mention bright colors and overuse of bold/italics/underline)? I feel like half the people selling on there are 14 year old kids.... its unbelievable how hard to read some descriptions are, let alone look at them for more than a few seconds. If any of you are selling on eBay, just let me tell you that going from 10pt font in black to 42pt bright pink is not a good idea if you're hoping I'll read even a fraction of what was written.

You can return it as it says under the listing, eBay follows how the sellers lists things and not what the description says.
